SERVICE

At Probasco’s, we provide customization services so that your wig will look and feel great from the beginning. During your appointment, we will teach you how to care for your wig at home, but if you prefer to have us maintain your wig, topper, or hairpiece, we provide cleaning/styling services in-house. We also offer repair/refurbishing services that can be of help in the months ahead if your wig ever needs professional attention. Here is a list of our services for wigs:

EDUCATION

Probasco’s education happens in two ways: we educate you and we seek others to educate us.

First, we will educate you. During your consultation, we will carefully teach you how to properly put on and wear your wig. We will tell you how to care for your wig to keep it looking its best, and we will provide you with a brochure detailing alternative hair care and washing instructions so you can maintain your wig at home. If you prefer to have us maintain your wig, topper, or hairpiece, we offer in-house washing and styling services as listed above.

Second, we are dedicated to our own ongoing education so that we can bring maximum benefit to all our customers. As things change and develop in the alternative hair industry, Probasco’s wants to change and grow, too. Therefore, we seek out classes/conferences where we can learn about new products and procedures so we can be certified in practices that help us stay on the cutting edge in order to serve you better.
